Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a furnished apartment and the tenant has not maintained it adequately and I would like him to vacate 3/30 so I may clean it and have it turned around for the new tenant 4/1. Do I have the right to ask him to vacate due to the deep cleaning required to get it ready?

You can ask but he's not required by law to do so. Maybe offer him an incentive.
