Gave renter a 30 day no cause eviction notice, renter has asked for an additional 2 weeks and we just received the check for it, if we cash the check and he does not leave, is the 30 day eviction extended for the two extra weeks for will be have to issue another eviction notice ?

As long as it's a no-cause eviction, and has nothing to do with back rent, then you are simply accepting the rent they owe you, and you asking them to leave is totally unrelated, so you shouldn't have to restart the eviction process.

Booth parties agree to terminate lease agreement due to can not pay damage deposit and can not afford the rent
