Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / rights of landlord during move out
I'm a new landlord and my tenant is moving out at the end of the month. I was wondering if it's ok to show the home this month because I have to have it rented by the 1st. The tenants are giving me trouble in regaurds to showing the property. Telling me they don't want people around there things. I was also wondering if I could post a sign in the front yard even though they told me they don't want people knocking at the door. What can I be doing as a londlord in regaurds to getting the place rented by the 1st.

RE: rights of landlord during move out
The landlord has right of entry, usually with a day's notice. When you want to show the property, just post notice on their door 24 hours earlier.
