I need to serve my tenants a 3-day Demand for Compliance Letter for failure to pay rent or eviction proceeding will begin. We live in las Vegas and our tenants are in colorado. Can this letter be delivered certified mail?

I hate to say it, but someone needs to either hand-deliver it to the tenant, or post a copy on the door if no one's home.

Additional note: you may want to just hire a local eviction specialist to handle the whole thing for you.
