Landlord Question and Answer Forum

We are in Texas and might be selling our property that has a tenant on a month to month basis. Is there any sort of notice that we need to give to them that we *might* sell. If we chose to sell we would obviously give them the required notice, but at this point we are still evaluating if we will sell and are just having the property evaluated. Secondarily, is there any requirement that we give the tenant the option to purchase the home if we sell? Thanks!
