I served her a 30 day notice and she won't go. I am putting myself in financial hardship I live in the house and have someone ready to move in that will pay. She refuses to leave has threatened to kill herself several times owns a fire arm and i fear for my safety. What can I do?

RE: Eviction

Call the police and let them know about her threats of self harm and that she owns a firearm. Even better if there are texts. File for eviction.
