My tenant paid $600 down and 1month in November when he moved in then he became ill not covid related was down for a month. No rent payment for December or January. His church paid one month in February and now rent was due March 1 and still no payment. He has been back to work for a while and promises to pay but still has not. Can I evict him since it’s not covid related?
