I bought a house and tenants were supposed to be out. They refuse to leave. Thankfully they are paying rent. This was a 1500 mile move for me and this is to be my primary residence. I'm in an apartment and the only storage I could get for my belongings is a metal container that's been sitting out in below-freezing weather the four months. I'm in Jacksonville, VT. An attorney referral would be great. Thanks.
