Help! My tenant refused to move out after the termination of his 30-day lease which he received and acknowledged. I had him served with a 3-day notice to quit or vacate on Saturday so today would be his official vacate date. Since he has received his notice to vacate he shut off all utilities, we can not tell if he has completely moved out. My question is do I consider this abandonment or do I still have to file a Forcible entry with the court? Thank you
