I own a 3 family home. MY 89 year old dad rents an apartment from me for over 20 years. He pays the rent and utilities. 2 years ago my son his wife and their son moved in to the apt they pay no rent or utilities. My son helps care for my dad. There have been domestic problems and I need my sons wife to move out but she will not. What do I need to do to get her out of the home?
