Tenant lease is not being renewed. On her move out day ( I gave her 30 days notice and she lived out the security dep) She now claims to have COVID and no one but family can enter! I told her I hope you feel better, I need and official letter or email. I also informed her I will be changing her 45 a day. I may have to lower that to the old rent rate. I need to stop the loss and damage. What should I do?

NEVER let them use a security deposit for rent! If she really had it then she souldn't want family to enter they should drop supplies outside for her.
