Landlord Question and Answer Forum
We recently were forced to evict a tenant for non-payment and received Execution Orders in 2 separate cases (1 for non-payment of rent, 1 for damages to the unit) totaling ~ $17,000. I am trying to make sure this data is connected to his credit report so future creditors see the eviction record and debt he is carrying forward.
How can we ensure the 3 major credit bureaus have this information on file?
We continue to pursue payment through supplementary process however I would also be interested on any recommendations to reputable collections agencies for this type of Collections process.
