I'm entering into an 2-month lease agreement with an option to extend after that period. I'm wary of the new 'no eviction' regulations and whether they extend to evicting due to the end of a lease. My concern is if the tenant decides to extend the stay beyond the lease agreement, do I still have the ability to evict regardless of ability to pay?
