Fire damages

We have four units, one of the unit had a fire that affected all units.   Is there a form to end lease agreement with tenant as we as landlord will cease apartment rentals until reconstruction that may take time.  Tenants had moved out to other locations but never formalized end of lease due to unlivable, is there such a form?

Just do the mutual termination of lease tenancy.  It is under forms, move-out, on here.
