I have a tenant that was on some type of drug last night and began acting strange. The other roommates were nervous, called the police, and he was Baker Acted. The other roommates are concerned for their safety. Can you tell me what options we have? I was thinking of having the locks changed. Can I do that?

Do you live there? I wouldn't change the locks might get in trouble for illegal eviction. If you don't live there and the tenants change the locks. I guess that would be on them.
