Can I evict a tenant for terrorizing their neighbor and her kids. Yes she is in jail and being charged with a felony GBI/Death and the victim is filing for a restraining order. Please advise

If you have a clause in the lease about tenant complaints, then you may be able to evict, but even then, it could be fought as a "He said/she said" issue. Tell the victimized tenant that they are to call the police EACH and EVERY time they're being threatened. In this situation, you are only the landlord and not any type of legal authority whatsoever.
