I have an verbal rental agreement with a tenant in my home that I would like to terminate. I have verbally stated that I wish the tenancy to end and gave tenant 30 days to vacate and the tenant agreed. On the date of termination agreed upon verbally the tenant did not vacate. How long after this verbal agreement do I have to wait to serve order to vacate and is it 3days/

In some states you can apply for eviction online. Check the courthouse website.
