Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have tenents that have been in my unit for 2 1/2 years...One year lease then month-to-month. By law, can I give them a 30-day notice to vacate the property? Also, do I have to give then a reason since we are month -to-month? FYI...I have several reasons. Thank you in advance.

RE: Colorado Law-30 Day Notice To Vacate
Hello and welcome to the forum. Month to month means exactly that for both parties. Your sisters college roommate's uncle's cousin what's the room for free, so leave. Makes no difference.
