I recently had a tenant move out after about 1.5 years. The carpets were new when they moved in. There are several spots on each carpet that can't be cleaned off. I am wondering how much to take out of the deposit for these damages?

Hello and welcome to the Forum; Depends on what the stains are; Pets- in the lease. Anything else, based upon experience - get a pro carpet cleaner to tell you where the stains came from and decide. Reason why - my pro-cleaner told me the stains were the result of the asphalt driveway. Judge threw the case out.
