Does a non renewal notice in Florida need to be sent registered mail, and if so, is the post marked date sufficient for notice? Fyi, the 15 days notice that applies to a month to month lease can only be enforced when it's 15 days before the end of the lease. For example, if the lease ends at the end of the month, then the notice must be served by the 15th of the month.
