Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / no agreement, no rent

My elderly parents let my son, his gf, their 2 young children and gf's mother live in their house while they were away for 6 months. Promises were made, and not kept, and my parents will be home in a few weeks. They were not asked to pay rent or any utilities while there, because it was supposed to help them save for a down payment for a house. Nothing was saved, and the mother-in-law's DOG is tearing everything in the house up! How do I get them out legally?
