I have a tenant that I sent a non renewal letter to. Am in the state of Virginia. Gave her over 30 days to move and now am going on for 49 days since sending the letter. Was told she would be out last weekend but went by and she was moving some things out. She has not paid for August or September rent. I have no sighed lease. I inherited this property. What can I do if she is not gone this weekend as she said she needed another week. I have already filed a warrant in debit for money she had not paid prior to me taking over the property. What's next?
