Sister in law moved in after a divorce. She is also on probation. Well we had something bad happen with a big fight we told her to move out she said to give her an eviction notice. There is no contract she gave us some money no where near enough to help with taking her in. What are my options?

offer to put her up in one of those week to week hotels for a couple of weeks. Otherwise your best off treating her like a tenant and evicting her.
