I’m in Georgia. The home and mortgage are in my namemonly. He refuses to leave and told me to evict him m. Everything I find relates to late rent, etc. What do I put in the part that asks what the violation was onthe forms I’ve found here?

To clarify, he is an ex and is the father of my child. We didn’t have a lease, but the sheriff said they couldn’t make him leave because he had establish residency here. I need to give him the three day paper first I think? But I’m unclear what I can use as grounds for the eviction.

Treat it as he's a month to month tenant and you don't want to renew the lease. So non-renewal is the cause. I'm guessing you had some type of agreement on splitting costs, even if it was verbal that counts as an agreement.
