Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / Non Renewal Sent to Tenant not acknowledged

I sent a non-renewal of lease letter to 2 tenants via the online forms on EZLandlord 30 days prior to the lease ending the end of May. The form shows as read by one tenant (who has already moved out) but has not been read by the remaining tenant. I also advised the tenant of this decision via phone and followed up with a text as well as sent a hard copy of the non-renewal via the postal service. The letter was returned to me today unopened so now I am concerned that the remaining tenant is not going to want to move out. I am trying to make sure I have covered all of my bases. Is there anything else I need to do at this time? Please advise if you have any input. Thanks, Lynn
