Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am considering using this addendum in a new lease. What exactly does it mean? Does it mean that a tenant would still get their security deposit back minus any damages if they move out early as long as they pay an early termination fee? In the past, I just kept the security deposit if they did not stay for the full length of the lease.
