Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Tenants have not been at property for 2 weeks. This month's rent is past due. Tenants have not responded to texts or emails regarding payment or in response to notice to enter premises. When premises was entered the majority of their belongings were gone however some items were still present. Is this enough to consider the property abandoned and allow landlord to secure the property and begin clean up and advertising to re-rent?
