Hello, I have a question about renting rooms in my house where I live as well. I want to evict a tenant who's been here over a year. Since I live in the house as well and in the Lease Agreement it's month to month and states that I can evict by giving 30 days notice, may I legally evict with a 30 days eviction form, not a 60 days eviction form?
