My tenant just gave me today , February 23, a notice that they will move out by march 24. Does this constitute 30 day notice or does the 30 has to be prior the beginning of the month during which they will vacate ? Ie if they want to vacate ianytime in march, the 30 days notice has to be 30 days prior to march? Also, because they want to vacate beforcthe end of march , they want me tomprorate the last month? Can I deny this and charge them for the whole month?
