I live in Reston Virginia and rent a room in my apartment. I have this tenant that came and turned out to be very aggressive and impolite. He broke several things at home. He slams the dors. Kept me our of the house the entire night puting the chain and not opening the door. He has a lease for 1 year and he is like 6 months now. How can I evict him or ask him to leave. He threatened me to take me to court and he said that he will not pay me sine a bought a fridge to put his food in his room, because I did not give him enough space (is not true). Regards
