Tenant's leased ended 11/30/2017. I just found out they are still in there today, 12/04/2017, when we tried to enter the premises. They claim they will be out 12/06/17. They did not contact us about staying beyond the end of lease and have not paid anything for the month of December. They feel they deserve all of their security deposit back. They paid $1050 security deposit for the $525/month apt. What do I legally have to return in this circumstance? Thanks for the help ! :)

Keep 1/30 or $17.50 for each day past the 1st. And any damages that need repaired.
