Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / playing the system

My tenant has been playing the system ever since they moved in. They'll fall behind on their rent so I'll hire a constable to serve them with a 14-day to quit notice and then on day 13 they'll pay whatever is on the notice. It's a regular routine for them!!What can I do legally to get them out of my apartment??

OMG! That is nuts! Contact an attorney and find loopholes!
