I have a tenant who I'm not renewing her lease, her boyfriend was on the lease but left two months after and she continued for theses two years to stay. Her lease is not gonna be renewed so who do I give the security deposit to if it came from his business check at the time of the agreement?

Whoever is on the leasing contract, is who should receive the security deposit back.
