tenant had a 900.00 deposit. failed to pay last month rent of 1050. also some cleaning fees and damages are involved. how do i write the letter to state i am holding the 900.00 for rent plus there is a balance due of 450.00 for damages?

I like to use the Security Accounting Statement, because it lists all the items for which the tenant is being charged and its easy to complete and understand. Good Luck!
