Does the lease terminated after a tenant dies? I've seen numerous posts about termination of lease 40 days after notice of death. And I've seen posts that the executor is responsible for the remainder of the lease. Which is correct?

Check state tenant law.....also, contact the individual who's handling the estate and find out their intention.
