I have a cleaning clause in my lease, if the tenant's don't clean the property according to the lease, and after a warning notice they still refuse can I evict them. The property is in Nevada

As long as it is a violation to the lease agreement. You will want to make sure that you send them a violation notice, then an eviction form for violating the lease. I would also consult with an attorney.
