I recently purchased a small home as a rental property. The existing tenant has lived there for several years on a month to month rental. I am agreeable to her continuing to live in the home. However, her 50something daughter is also living there and I have no wish to have her as a tenant. She has never paid any rent to the previous owner or signed any sort of rental agreement. How to I get her to vacate the premises?

are they living together? If so, removing one tenant, might encourage the other to go too. I would definitely contact and attorney for the proper procedure.
