Howdy, I have a roommate that didn't pay the rent, I gave him the 3 day notice which gave him til the 9th (tomorrow) is it worth it to evict him if he said he was gonna leave before the end of the month? not sure if truth, also how hard to get reimbursed if I evict him? Thanks PS. he is also bringing an unauthorized person overnight about 3 days a week too.

If he says he will be leaving the end of the month and you feel like he will I wouldn't spend the time or money on it! read the lease, that will tell you who is responsible for the costs of court. I believe it is usually who wins.
