Hi there needing a little advice on how much notice I need to give my tenant about Not renewing their lease once it terms in August of 2017. How much notice am I expected to give my tenant before their lease terms? Should it be 30 days or more?

Check your lease, if it does not state and exact time you can give 30 days notice. Also be sure to google it your state may require different amount of time depending on the length of your lease but the standard is 30 days if it is a one year lease.
