Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / House next door to our rental home is too loud
Our rental property in CA is a home in a neighborhood that our tenant has decided they don't feel safe in. They also site that the home next to our home (not one of our properties) has a neighbor that is bothersome. They are requesting to break the lease only 3 months in to a year agreement. Is it in our best interest to let them out? Thank you in advance for your advice.

Honestly in my experience, the ones that complain the most are the ones that are easier to let go of. Once the lease is signed they are responsible for the rent until you find another tenant. You can give them an early termination with a fee if that will be more reasonable to them, or ask them to remain until you find a new tenant. I would just compromise with them.
