Is anybody gone through the eviction process in Queen Anne's County, MD before? I have tenants who have not paid 1/3 of Septembers rent and none of October's rent. I hired a lawyer at the beginning of this month and he filed the paperwork to start eviction in early October. Next week will be the beginning of November and we haven't heard about a court date yet. I was under the impression that QAC was quick to resolve failure to pay rent evictions and was certain we would at least have had a court date set by now. If you have gone through this process in QAC I would appreciate any advice you may have for me? Thank you! Jen

Oops! Sorry - I didn't proof read. That first sentence should read "Has anybody", not "is anybody".
