Landlord Question and Answer Forum
The tenant signed a one year lease and was there for two months and when I went to collect rent for the third month, discovered that they had moved out and didn't give any notice or even let me know they had moved out and now I can't get in touch with them and don't know where they moved to or why they moved out. Can I sue them for the amount for the remainder of the lease?

RE: Tenant moved out without notice
Use the information on the application during your screening process. There should be a phone number included, also use any prior home information or contact information you can find. Then call a lawyer and get what you earned.
