Hi, I was recently talking with a lady who said she received a 'Quit Notice' from her government sponsored apartment. She is now ready to apply for another apartment to live. She said the 'Quit Notice' will not go against her because it wasn't an actual eviction. Any response will be very appreciated.

If it was not an eviction she might have just cooperated, which could be a good sign.
