Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / Possible abandonment

The rental property is in Oregon. The tenants are 8 days past due on rent, and there has been no activity around the property. We have our suspicions that the property has been abandoned. We have posted a late notice on the door, as well as emailed it. Where do we go from here and how do we regain the property?

I would definitely consult with a lawyer at this point. If you have not gotten paid rent or received response to your notices you are probably right and would have to gain possession back on your property. Good luck!
