Can someone suggest wording for editing a mutual termination agreement to make it conditional on the sale of the property. I want to give tenants 30 days to vacate once I notify them of having accepted an offer.

I would try and reword a sale of property notice. I think ezforms has them. Congrats on the sale of the property.
