Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I was granted eviction of my tenant in September of last year, they did not appear in court. I can not find them at this time, my lawyer can deal with that. My question is, how do I go about reporting this eviction on their credit reports?

RE: Eviction/ Credit reporting
Once the eviction judgment is final, all three main credit reporting agencies--Experian, TransUnion and Equifax--will receive a notice of the eviction and include it in the tenant report.

Do you need their socials for the credit reporting?

RE: Eviction/ Credit reporting
Socials were provided to the court at time of eviction hearing. There-fore, I assume this has already been reported.
