My tenants have caused excessive destruction/damage to my rental house, I have served them with a 7 day notice to vacate since it is an uncurable offense. Do weekends count in the 7 days as I heard for this offense weekend does count. Also, after the 7 days has expired and I visit the unit, what if they still have personal belongings in the house? Can I change the locks?

Yes weekends do count, You can change the locks after they have moved but need to let them have a 30 period to collect their belongings. After that 30 days you can sell of or throw out the belongings in most states.
