I am buying a rental property but am going to homestead and not going to rent at all i have people renting and have leases and wondering if i can give them 30 days to move the lease does say that management can give them a thirty day notice to vacate

It is unclear if this is a month to month rental or if it is a fixed term lease. If it is a fixed term you cannot break the lease early with out penalty. If it is a month to month you can give 30 days notice.
