Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a tenant who refuses to pay rent, won't accept her mail from us, put a pit bull in the yard to keep us out, and had her phones turned off. I have sent eviction papers certified but she refused to answer her door to sign for it or pick up her mail from the post office. What can I do? Should I post eviction papers on the house/burglar bar fence?

RE: Non payment of rent
You must file with the court for this as it is a dangerous situation. If everything goes through the court system you will be able to have the police properly remove the tenants from the property.
