Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / Tenant left belongings behind

Had someone accept the 3day vacate notice and they left behind quite a few things. Mostly holiday decoration etc.. This was Aug 7th and ive attempted contacting and texting (with screenshots) to schedule a day and time for them to come and get them but they have ignored me. I now have new people moving in. Do i bring their stuff to my home, put in storage, keep it in the basement??!

You must store it for 30 days in most state and send notice again of where they can pick it up. Then if they do not you can sell it or trash it, basically get rid of it however you would like.
